About 3 years ago, in August 2019, the cryptocurrency community was introduced to a man named Bilal Khalid and a PR agency calledIvy McLemore & Associates. According to the Amazon book description, readers will learn “why he left his name crypto, dates, and other bitcoin milestones,” and “his ethnic background and country of residence.” The book’s description further says it will detail “why his bitcoin, once worth $68 billion, never moved” and “why he waited eight years to tell his wife he was Satoshi.” Ivy McLemore says that “Nakamoto is valuable to society because he can pass on his expertise to future generations.” The book’s description of “Finding Satoshi” adds.
Whatever one believes about the real-life character of Satoshi, “Finding Satoshi” gives readers 42 specific points of consideration.
Over the years, there have been many claimants who say they are Satoshi Nakamoto, but recently these claims have calmed down; prior to 2020, there were many who claimed to be Hawaiian Nakamoto, Phil Wilson “Scronti”, Deb Jürgen Etien Guido, and Jörg Molt, among others, had claimed to be the inventors of Bitcoin. No word from Hawaiian Nakamoto, both Scronty and Debo continue to tweet about the origins of bitcoin, and Jörg Molt was recently arrested for alleged crypto pension fraud. Moreover, until recently, most of the crypto community had forgotten Khalid’s story after he failed to provide any legitimate evidence to back up his claims.
