PRESS RELEASE. Aloha Browser is paving the way for a decentralized network thanks to the recent Handshake (HNS) integration. Websites with HNS names are now automatically resolved in Aloha Browser without additional configuration.

Handshake aims to become the backbone of the Web by decentralizing the DNS root zone and replacing the need for centralized certificate authorities (CAs) with DNS-based named entity authentication (DANE). Of all the decentralized naming services, only Handshake is targeting this ambitious endeavor.
