According to statistics from October 5, the total computing power behind the bitcoin network reached an all-time high of 321.15 exahashes per second (EH/s). Shortly after the record high, the network’s total hash rate was coasting past 300 EH/s at about 303.87 (EH/s) on Wednesday afternoon (ET).
Bitcoin hash rates reached a lifetime high in hashes per second

Before the jump over 300 exahashes, the network hash rate reached 292.02 EH/s with a block height of 739,928, reaching the previous ATH on June 8, 2022. It is currently as low as 31.36 trillion hashes, but is expected to increase by 7.10% at the next adjustment. If that adjustment forecast comes true, the difficulty could reach 33.59 trillion hashes on October 10, 2022.
