On Wednesday, Boba Network, a Layer 2 scaling solution that leverages optimistic roll-up technology, announced that its proof-of-stake (PoS) network Avalanche support, and according to the Boba Network team, the new Avalanche support will create “faster transactions and lower fees.”

Boba Network will integrate with the Avalanche PoS blockchain

Boba Network, a layer 2 (L2) scaling project, introduced Boba AVAX L2 on Wednesday via the team’s Twitter account.” We are beyond the slope to announce our partnership with Avalanche as their official scaling solution.” Boba said.”Avalanche offers ultra-fast, low-cost, and environmentally friendly solutions, and Boba AVAX L2 stays true to and enhances these values.”

Boba is already connected to the Ethereum (ETH) network, and at the time of writing, according tol2fees.info statistics, Boba’s today’s Ether transfer fee is $0.17 and token exchange is an estimated $0.30 This is a very good result. This is cheaper than the current 34gwei ($0.96) for sending ether on-chain, according to etherscan.io’s gas tracking tool. Since swaps on high priority decentralized exchanges (dex) cost $8.47 per transaction on-chain, Boba’s swap cost of $0.30 is 96.45% cheaper.

“Faster transactions, lower fees; Boba AVAX L2 caters to all heavy transaction, throughput-dependent protocols (and) those who want to join the next generation,” Boba furtherdeclaredon Wednesday. The team further explained that it will participate in partner distributed applications (dapps) such asSushiswapand. new support for EvoversesBoba added:

While Sushi will deploy legacy swaps on Boba AVAX L2, Evoverses’ will participate in 3D PvP gameplay powered by Unreal Engine 5 [and] Hybrid Compute to help games expand and reach their potential.

L2 projects like Boba Network have recently partnered with industry heavyweights and blockchain networks; Oppensea recently added Arbitrum support by a leading NFT marketplace Arbitrum, Immutable X, and Boba Network are all L2 projects, and other competitors include Loopring, Zksync, and Optimism, Metis, Polygon Hermez, and Aztec.
