Press Release Broxus, the core development team for many of the platforms that make up the Everscale network ecosystem, is Hackathon to be held in Belgrade, Serbia from July 14-17. This hackathon is the latest deployment of the Everscale network in the remarkable year 2022.
Everscale kicked off the year with the first EVERPOINT conference in Bali, Indonesia. The conference marked the network’s second anniversary and its full-scale entry into the Asian market.
Since EVERPOINT, Everscale’s growth has been unstoppable. Earlier this month, the network’s native EVER token was listed on Huobi and KuCoin, two of the top 10 global digital asset exchanges. In addition, many of the DeFi platforms that power Everscale’s ecosystem are gaining popularity.
The most representative of these are Octus Bridge is a multi-network cross-chain bridge that can transfer assets to and from DeFi’s most popular networks, FlatQube is the most popular DEX in the network, complete with advanced features such as routing swap, staking, pharming, and token builder. These platforms were able to grow significantly because of the technical backing of the Everscale network, the most scalable blockchain in existence; Everscale’s scalability allows Bridge platform users to move from network to network to transfer liquidity almost instantaneously and at fractional cost.
The teams that have developed these platforms are now slapping down the gauntlet to the world’s most talented developers, and the Elysium Hackathon offers participants the opportunity to join and leave their mark on DeFi’s most up-and-coming network. Aptly named after the hackathon, Elysium will be a showcase for Everscale’s future heroes: the programmers and developers needed to achieve glory (and hefty cash prizes).
Hackathon will take place July 14-17 in Belgrade, Serbia, and is also open online. Those who can attend in person need only bring a laptop and everything else they need will be covered. Participants will compete on a variety of tracks, supported by experienced team members from Everscale and Broxus. The main venue is spacious, with chill-out areas available and everything you need to work hard and play hard.
