Bitcoin of America Is Working to Solve the Gender Problem in the Crypto Industry

Bitcoin of America’s women’s team spoke with the Mayor of Miami about how to make a difference. Mayor Francis Suarez welcomed the entire Bitcoin of America women’s team.

Bitcoin of America is known as a leading operator in the cryptocurrency industry, offering customers fast, hassle-free transactions while providing top-of-the-line customer support. The company currently operates 2,500Bitcoin ATMswith Bitcoin ATMsacross the United States and is constantly expanding.

The Bitcoin of America team was handing out hats and t-shirts with the company logo and “Women in crypto” embroidered on them.Bitcoin of America is known for sending teams of female executives to attend conferences, expos, etc. The company is also known for sending a team of women to attend conferences, expositions, and other events. They also revealed that most of the top tier positions are held by women; Bitcoin of America’s Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, Marketing Director, and Business Development Director are all run by powerful women.

Bitcoin of America also sent an all-female team to 2021. Business Development Director Alice Gorodetsky shared her thoughts on the industry; Gorodetsky said, “The male presence is huge in the technology sector and the crypto space. I am excited to be part of an inclusive company like Bitcoin of America that encourages women to succeed in a male-dominated industry.”

Bitcoin of America is currently hiring and looking to expand their female team. They are looking to promote women within the cryptocurrency industry and help give them a voice. Marketing Director Jenna Polinsky spoke about her experience working in a male-dominated industry, Polinsky said, “I am fortunate to be part of a team that values everyone’s input. I had a positive experience with Bitcoin of America and I hope to use my influence to encourage other women to join the industry.”
